How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Convertedpride Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Convertedpride Plumbing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, please let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Keep in mind that Convertedpride Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@convertedpride.bond and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That can include reaching out to the provider. Then we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
